Field Operations Supervisor

Associate degree in Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.At least one year of experience in automotive-equipment installation, mechanical assembly, field service, construction, or a similar hands-on technical environment.

• Supervise Car Lift Installers and Assistant Car Lift Installers assigned to Krebs Brothers LLC’s automotive-lift and parking-equipment projects, distribute daily assignments, monitor attendance and job performance, and ensure that work is completed according to approved project schedules and supervisory instructions.
• Coordinate field installation activities for two-post, four-post, mid-rise, parking, and vehicle-storage systems by confirming workforce assignments, tools, equipment, components, travel requirements, and site readiness with the Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and responsible project professionals.
• Monitor installation work at customer locations to ensure that lift positioning, assembly, anchoring, hydraulic and mechanical connections, alignment, safety-lock installation, testing, and commissioning are performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, approved layouts, and Company quality standards.
• Enforce workplace and customer-site safety procedures, conduct routine worksite inspections, identify unsafe practices or installation deficiencies, direct corrective action by installers, and report significant safety, technical, staffing, or project concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Review completed fieldwork, confirm that required testing, cleanup, project documentation, and customer handoff activities have been completed, and provide the Operations Manager with updates concerning project progress, installer performance, equipment issues, delays, and additional service requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
