Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Home Care and Patient Care, including the ability to follow care plans and provide safe, compassionate support.
- Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact respectfully with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Proficiency in Personal Care tasks, maintaining client dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide training program preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Ability to lift, move, and assist clients safely and to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions and protocols with minimal supervision.
- Background check and any state-required clearances for working in home and child-focused environments.
