Home Health Aide (HHA) – Cleveland West Side

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced **Home Health Aide (HHA)** to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout **Cleveland’s West Side**. Qualifications
* Minimum of **1 year of Home Health Aide experience required**
* **Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred**
* Must have a **reliable vehicle**

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and other tasks related to client care

- Follow established plans of care and communicate changes or concerns appropriately

- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- CPR certification preferred
