What You’ll Be Doing
As a Toledo Warehouse Key Leader, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting warehouse team members to ensure daily goals are met.
- Assisting with inventory management and organization of overstock merchandise.
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all warehouse activities.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. independently as part of daily tasks.
- Helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, here’s what you’ll need:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on your own.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
