Responsibilities

Day-to-day work will include receipting cash, checks, and bank transactions and completing necessary journal entries.

Maintain accurate AR aging schedules and follow up on past-due accounts.

Prepare and send monthly statements to customers, fleet accounts, and wholesale accounts.

Research and resolve discrepancies in customer balances and payments.

Apply adjustments, write-offs, and refunds in accordance with dealership policy.
Qualifications

BA in Accounting preferred

1 year of automotive experience required

Knowledge of CDK required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Positive attitude and eagerness to improve

Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
