What You’ll Do
As a Sales Professional, you’ll create a refined and engaging customer experience while building long-term relationships and driving strong sales performance.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
Develop strong product knowledge across models, features, and technology
Deliver professional and engaging vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
Confidently overcome objections and guide customers through the sales process
Collaborate with Sales Management on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
Maintain a professional, customer-first, and performance-driven mindset every day

Prior Automotive Sales Experience Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and polished presentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
