We are seeking a motivated Technical Writer Intern to support our team in creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials.

We are seeking a motivated Technical Writer Intern to support our team in creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and editing technical documentation, including manuals, guides, process documents, and job aids
- Work closely with engineers, analysts, and project teams to gather information and ensure accuracy
- Help maintain documentation libraries and version control
- Review and update existing materials for clarity and consistency
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids as needed
- Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and branding
- Participate in meetings and contribute to improving documentation processes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical information
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Familiarity with documentation tools (such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or similar)
- Basic understanding of technical concepts is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Hands-on experience working with technical teams and real-world documentation
