GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and physical tasks involved in material handling, work order fulfillment and data entry. The inventory associate plays a key role in parts kitting, stockroom organization and inventory accuracy. Individual collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure accurate, timely and efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing floor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Individual collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure accurate, timely and efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing floor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Enters and maintains accurate inventory data in the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system
- Fulfills material requests and manufacturing order shortages in support of production and engineering
- Receives, inspects, counts and store materials received against purchase orders
- Performs cycle counts and assists stockroom with material analyses and reconciliations
- Expedite materials to the manufacturing floor
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks
- Works under close supervision as well as must be able to work independently
- Supports the achievement of goals through personal effort in own work area
- Computer skills preferred: Outlook, Microsoft products such as Excel and Word
- Must be able to maintain 99% or better inventory accuracy with basic math and counting skills
- Support shipping and receiving functions as needed
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- Must be able to work with precision tools under a microscope such as tweezers, vacuum pick up tools, etc.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job.
- Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Entry point into unskilled roles.
- No formal occupational training is typically required.
- Shop floor environment / workbench or workstation.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (rotating wrist, using hand tools).
- Ability to utilize microscopes / magnification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Hourly Range: $19.50/hr - $24.00/hr
