Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Nationwide Sales Representative to expand our national customer base and manage key accounts. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving large-volume sales, and growing distribution channels across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand nationwide sales channels (contractors, dealers, builders, distributors)
- Identify and close new business opportunities in multiple states
- Manage and grow key accounts with high-volume purchasing needs
- Present product lines, pricing structures, and supply advantages to clients
- Travel frequently (50–70%) for client meetings and industry events
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk orders
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track pipeline and performance using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Qualifications:
- 3 years of outside sales or wholesale/distribution experience (cabinetry, construction materials, or related field preferred)
- Proven success in B2B sales and high-volume deals
- Strong network in construction, remodeling, or building materials industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary uncapped commission
- On-target earnings: $100K–$200K
