We are currently seeking a results-driven and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution and inventory operations.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control, including our retail storefront, City Sales. This individual will ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory integrity within Acumatica ERP. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Lead all activities related to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and storage while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes within Acumatica ERP.
Maintain system integrity by ensuring all transactions, including receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments, are accurately processed in the ERP system. Develop and optimize warehouse layout and material flow to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
Supervise and develop warehouse personnel by setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and promoting accountability. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment aligned with OSHA and company safety standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Sales, Freight, and Customer Service teams to align priorities and support overall operational goals.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in warehouse or distribution management
- Experience with ERP systems required (Acumatica strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting
- Ability to navigate a warehouse floor for extended periods
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
