The Role
Kraft Medical is growing and we need you! We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role includes frequent travel, hands-on work with imaging equipment, and representing our company on-site at medical education events.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, highly mobile logistics team known for reliability, professionalism, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver, set up, and break down C-arms and equipment for events nationwide
- Drive company vans/trucks and ensure on-time arrival of all assets
- Perform equipment checks, cleanliness, and basic troubleshooting
- General upkeep of Phoenix Warehouse
- Communicate with internal teams to confirm schedules and event needs
- Maintain accurate paperwork, mileage logs, and inventory details
- Provide excellent on-site support and represent Kraft Medical professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Must live in Phoenix, AZ
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight trips
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort working independently and solving issues on the fly
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment (with provided tools and assistance)
- Experience in logistics, medical equipment, or event support is a plus but not required—we’ll train you
