We are currently seeking a qualified Delivery & Setup Technician to service our clients in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Responsibilities and Duties
· Providing exceptional customer support by meeting delivery and install needs in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
· Deliver and install new equipment to client locations.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they relate to individual devices and environments.
. Maintain accurate delivery schedule and communicate arrival times and changes with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
· Working knowledge of copier/printer/fax/scanner devices helps
· Some network fundamentals
· Analytical and mechanical skills
· Customer Service Skills
· Basic computer skills
· Understand basic vehicle maintenance
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8AM – 5PM
- Some weekly overtime required.
EducationRequirements:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
**$1500.00 Bonus after 90 days with an additional $1000.00 after one year.**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
