Role Description The Project Management Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bensenville, IL. This position supports project managers with day-to-day coordination, including organizing project documentation, tracking schedules and milestones, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include preparing and updating reports, assisting with bids and proposals, managing data entry for project-related information, and coordinating communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The role also involves handling administrative tasks such as filing, meeting preparation, and maintaining project management tools to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and in compliance with company standards.
