• $80,000–$120,000 annual earnings (base bonuses) with clear paths to exceed the $120,000 earnings early on in your career based on performance. We expect our attorneys to earn in excess of $100,000 in their second year with the firm, even when they are recent law school graduates.

• After training, quarterly bonuses and profit sharing are directly tied to the collections of your fees.
• Partially remote schedule after the training period, with flexibility and respect for your personal life.
