🧼 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Director of Environmental Services, you will lead all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure our facility shines—inside and out.

Lead and inspire housekeeping and laundry teams

Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing coverage

Hire, train, coach, and support team members in partnership with HR
-
Maintain supply inventory and establish PAR levels
-
Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices
-
Communicate with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and special needs

Monitor budgets and implement cost-effective practices

Investigate and report incidents promptly and accurately
-
Work closely with leadership to ensure units are move-in ready

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
-
6 months to 1 year of housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services experience (healthcare preferred)

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
-
Willingness to learn scheduling and timekeeping systems (Paycom/OnShift a plus!)

A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to resident dignity and care
💪 Physical & Work Environment

Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Moderate noise level typical of a healthcare setting

Exposure to cleaning agents and laundry equipment
