- Support the development of Learning Management System (LMS) data structures to facilitate GxP-compliant global training, ensuring the training system is audit and inspection-ready at all times.
- Partner with L&D team members to drive compliance improvements at both global and local levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Training Business Partners and Regional Trainers, providing guidance on country-specific GxP training curricula needs.
- Collaborate with internal customer groups to ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation, including the collection of Job Descriptions (JDs) and Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
- Work with stakeholders and the broader L&D team to establish and maintain role-based curricula and user group assignments.
- Support activities to review and enhance curricula compliance by function and country, utilizing system reports to inform curricula and user group modifications.
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to quality and compliance to ensure training aligns with project outcomes.
- Oversee the design of Quick Reference Guides and other documentation, tools, and forms to aid in the efficient navigation of L&D and training processes.
- Support L&D leadership in implementing plans to improve compliance across supported stakeholder groups globally.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management of the LMS and outline necessary corrections and improvements to processes.
- Track trends and monitor training compliance; prepare routine progress reports on job-specific training programs for Training Business Partners and Regional Trainers.
- Occasionally conduct training or learning sessions and facilitate 'office-hour' sessions related to quality/compliance learning.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries with an understanding of GxP guidelines as they relate to training.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with an agency or group providing services to the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- General knowledge of GxP guidelines.
- High proficiency in working with a Learning Management System (ComplianceWire preferred).
