Job Title: User Acceptance Tester

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues
- Document and report bugs, errors, and other issues found during testing
- Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Participate in user acceptance testing sessions to gather feedback and validate software against user requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum 6 years related experience in UAT
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a User Acceptance Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
