KPMG is currently seeking a Director, AI & Digital to join our AI and Digital organization.
Responsibilities:
- Team with the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI COE) on disruptive AI delivery approaches, and products
- Incubate a new product from concept through initial deployment
- Develop and test disruptive AI-enabled delivery models that change how consulting work is scoped, delivered, and scaled, with emphasis on GenAI, as well as agentic capabilities
- Design and build AI products, including an agentic consulting tool for new accounting standard adoption, converting SME insights into clear use cases, workflows, and user journeys
- Lead structured pilots, assess business/client impact, and convert successful experiments into scalable, repeatable offerings supported by playbooks and assets
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in professional services, digital transformation, product management, or AI innovation
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or related field; master's degree is preferred
- Strong delivery track record with consistent high performance
- Demonstrated interest in AI, emerging tech, and modernizing service delivery
- Familiarity with accounting processes, regulatory change, or technical accounting is preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, innovative-focused environments
