KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, AI & Digital Innovation to join our AI and Digital organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI & Digital Innovation Team Program/Project Management
• Support the change management and adoption functions through creation of key end-user communications, awareness materials, training assets across different mediums
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Trusted AI policy, procedures, and guidelines
• Contribute to the development of Trusted AI training and educational materials for KPMG professionals
• Assist with gathering input, drafting updates, and managing version control of Trusted AI guidelines
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent previous experience in AI & Digital Innovation preferably within a professional services firm or similar talent base environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong skills in project/program management
• Familiarity with Trusted AI frameworks and regulations, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework
• Self-starter mentality that thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Occasional travel for team on-site meetings
