KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Industry and Field Marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Align marketing strategy with LOB, Geo and Key Account leadership to ensure marketing resource allocation and service/product/agent messaging, enhancing KPMG's brand as a leader in technology-driven services
- Represent industry and field business priorities in Marketing leadership meetings to shape firm-wide campaigns and foster collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison between the national marketing group and field/sales teams, ensuring campaigns are implemented effectively across industries and local markets
- Develop execution plans for campaigns and initiatives, providing teams with the vision, strategic direction, ongoing motivation and support for overcoming obstacles and marketing/AI tools needed for success
- Solicit feedback from key stakeholders to inform professional development and maintain effective team communication, AI-enabled operations and best practice sharing
- Oversee people/resource matters and manage the marketing budget, ensuring governance compliance and strategic alignment
- Minimum twenty years of recent experience in executing and leading marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree (preferably with a graduate degree or MBA) from an accredited college or university
- Experience building complex marketing programs with national and global strategies, complemented by outstanding communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, cultivating new relationships with business development impact
- Strong understanding of the business environment, KPMG services and client issues, leveraging industry trends for market growth strategies
- Familiarity with the partnership model and professional services, particularly in technology-driven business models; experience in technology or AI sectors preferred
- Experience in executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including sponsorships and events, with demonstrated success in stakeholder management and brand building
