KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Learning & Talent Technology Solutions to join our Talent & Culture team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise HR/L&D technology with a near-term focus on LMS migration and AI-enabled learning workflows; advise on process, architecture, and implementation strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent & Culture, Digital Nexus/IT, business stakeholders) to scope, plan, and deliver large, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end
- Serve as a strategic bridge between L&D and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Analyze people and learning data to surface patterns and trends; identify opportunities for automation, machine learning, and GenAI to improve experience, compliance, and outcomes
- Lead multiple concurrent projects; coordinate onshore/offshore resources and vendors; establish clear timelines, risks, and communications
- Drive stakeholder management and executive communications in fast-moving, high-visibility environments
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent experience leading technology projects/programs (HR/L&D tech strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Master's degree preferred (HR, IT, Data/Analytics, or related)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise learning platforms: Cornerstone (strongly preferred) and/or Workday Learning or SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Demonstrated success delivering large, complex implementations in a federated or highly regulated environment; comfortable with enterprise change management. Experience leading cross-functional and offshore teams and managing vendor partners
- Strong program/project management discipline (PMP or comparable certification/experience preferred)
- Data savvy: understands data management and governance; comfortable using analytics to inform decisions; curiosity about applying AI/GenAI responsibly in learning.
