We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline SME with at least 5 years of expertise in Syteline systems, specifically Version 10, to lead a security role re-design project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of Syteline functionalities and security protocols to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of security roles within our organization.

Syteline Expertise:
- Utilize deep knowledge of Syteline V10 to analyze current security roles and permissions.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing security and user access controls.
- Design, test, and implement refined security roles within Syteline V10.
- Ensure security role alignment with best practices in data protection and access management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the security role redesign process, including policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Provide regular reports to project sponsors and key stakeholders detailing project progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 9 years of experience working with Syteline ERP systems, with substantial expertise in Version 10.
- Extensive knowledge of security standards and best practices within enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects, particularly involving security and access management redesigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in user training and documentation development.
- Project management certification (PMP, etc.) is a plus.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
