KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Title: Infor Syteline SME

Description

We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline SME with at least 5 years of expertise in Syteline systems, specifically Version 10, to lead a security role re-design project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of Syteline functionalities and security protocols to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of security roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Syteline Expertise:

  • Utilize deep knowledge of Syteline V10 to analyze current security roles and permissions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing security and user access controls.

Security Role Design

  • Design, test, and implement refined security roles within Syteline V10.
  • Ensure security role alignment with best practices in data protection and access management.

Documentation And Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the security role redesign process, including policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Provide regular reports to project sponsors and key stakeholders detailing project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 9 years of experience working with Syteline ERP systems, with substantial expertise in Version 10.
  • Extensive knowledge of security standards and best practices within enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects, particularly involving security and access management redesigns.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in user training and documentation development.
  • Project management certification (PMP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Skills

  • Experience in other ERP systems or complementary technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
