Selected applicants will be required to work remotely and report on-site.Interview: Web cam only JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation manager to spearhead the Oracle HCM implementation.This role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Oracle cloud HCM application to enhance business processes, documenting the business requirements, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud application. We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has strong HCM business process knowledge, broad understanding of solutions, transportation industry, standard methodologies, technology designs, and operates independently to provide quality work products in our engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle HCM product to meet our business needs.Required Skills- Overall IT experience: Required. 7 yrs.- Education: 4- year college degree or equivalent technical study. Highly desired. 4 yrs.- Certifications: Oracle Cloud Certification. Preferred.- Excellent communicator with superior verbal, written, technical and presentation skills. Required.- Functional business processes and US regulatory requirements. Required. 7 yrs.- Solution Design/Development.
