KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Trade and Customs practice.

Responsibilities:

• Research and advise clients in a variety of industries on import and export matters
• Utilize data analytics tools to help problem solve supply chain problems
• Introduce innovative approaches to help clients conduct their business, encompassing people, processes and technology
• Work with client's business, technology and compliance resources on global trade processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain client and internal relationships
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of prior work experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent in business, information systems, management information systems, business analytics or related fields
• Knowledge of Excel and other Analytical Software would be advantageous; preferably Alteryx, Power BI, and/or any Script Languages
• Demonstrated quality service mindset, and knowledge of Global Trade processes, industry practices and measurements is preferred
• Flexibility and ability to think creatively and critically in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment; strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice
