Responsibilities:

  • Manages project teams and other team members to deliver high quality service and deliverables to clients
  • Leads engagements to assess, design and implement new operating model and initiatives at clients
  • Delegates responsibilities and provides oversight and coaching to other team members
  • Develops trusted relationships with client stakeholders at the Director level and up
  • Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of client operations and data to identify performance challenges and provide recommendations
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Healthcare provider revenue cycle and has served in a Manager capacity
  • Experience in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB
  • End-to-end Revenue Cycle experience and knowledge and experience with healthcare provider EHR and revenue cycle management systems (e.g. Epic)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to travel every other week to client site

90 - 105 USD hourly
