KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Community Impact to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of KPMG Community Impact programming, helping to deliver high-quality engagement opportunities to advance the firm's Community Impact strategy and objectives
  • Support the design and execution of firmwide Community Impact campaigns, helping to translate strategic priorities into engaging programs and experiences, including concept creation, stakeholder collaboration, material development, and program implementation
  • Manage the day-to-day program operations, including project planning, communications, resource development, and coordination of program logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners, serving as a key liaison for program implementation, volunteer engagement opportunities, and ongoing collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including local office-based representatives, program champions, communications teams, and other departments across the firm to ensure alignment, effective execution, and consistent participant experiences
  • Monitor program communications and performance indicators, while identifying opportunities for process improvement, and support the development of strategies that increase participation, strengthen nonprofit partnerships, and enhance overall program impact
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to uphold KPMG's values and foster a respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of recent experience with project management, working with technology platforms, budget management, and communications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college required with a preferred concentration in business administration, accounting, finance, or social impact related field such as, social science, nonprofit management, or sustainability
  • Experience or passion for social impact, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or nonprofit management/fundraising a plus
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects, manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and achieve program objectives with multiple stakeholders in mind; data visualization tool skills, data mapping, and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx preferred
  • Strong critical and creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions and create program efficiencies; highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented with a strong passion for the CSR and sustainability field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong tracking, data analytic skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
