Performance Hub is currently seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Performance Hub practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses and produce high-quality outputs that adhere to regulatory requirements / organizational standards
- Achieve established production and quality assurance (QA) metrices for complex tasks, continuously monitoring / reporting on productivity and quality performance to identify areas for improvement
- Review Analysts work to ensure accuracy, compliance, alignment with standards, while providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster professional development
- Approve client-ready deliverables by certifying accuracy, comprehensiveness, quality, and coordinate with engagement leaders to ensure alignment with client expectations before delivery
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, Pod Lead, team members by serving as a point of contact, addressing inquiries, facilitating communication, and proposing tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction / retention
- Handle and safeguard, confidential documents including - cost management workbooks, client presentations, reports, and analysis (adhering to company policies on confidentiality, data security, and accurate documentation)
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of financial crimes experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated success in expanding networks and identifying strategic opportunities within large organizations
- Experience writing SAR and alert/case narratives summarizing the results of investigations and selecting requisite supporting documentation preferred; familiarity with transaction monitoring, KYC, and open-source research preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools, and enterprise collaboration tools
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with strong narrative / presentation skills
