Responsibilities:
- Executes and delivers on the analytical and physical validation plan for related components for Electronic hardware and harness integration.
- Obtains input and simulation with Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) optimized subsystem-based analytical and experimental verification plan
- Applies and improves the product using iDFMEA, Engineering Standard Work (ESW), DVP&R, test standards, and problem solving and tools
- Makes decisions in the areas of verification and validation that impact product performance, reliability, and durability
- Investigates and addresses potential system concerns or issues, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action
- Conduct L phase and P phase review for the components
- Submit the test requirements and monitor the test and build issues, review the test data quality.
- Short term and long-term Problem solving for any engine or product issues
- Work with supplier for the PPAP and Source release of the new design or modified design.

- 4 years of experience in a new mechanical product design environment and industrial experience
- 4 year of experience of the below tools
- Creo
- Ansys, Ansys workbench
- Data Analysis
- Minitab
- DFMEA, DVA, GD&T, ALD
