We are searching for Learning Facilitators to join our global revenue management education team. This role will support hotels globally in the training and adoption of Client’s new systems: IDeaS G3, Optix, RevPlan, and SynXis CRS.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Learning Facilitators provide a critical role of supporting our hotels globally in the use of Hyatt’s new revenue management system, IDeaS and SynXis. This position will be responsible for generating support documentation, learning content creation, course execution and facilitation, and upholding Hyatt standard procedures and guidelines all across the globe.
This position will collaborate and directly support the Global Revenue Management Training and Operations team. Required experiences for this position includes IDeaS G3, Optix and RevPlan, SynXis CRS Opera Cloud PMS. Fluent in another language outside of English is ideal. This position will be working contracted number of hours but must be flexible to support hotels in Asia and Europe.
To be successful in this role, knowledge of IDeaS G3 and SynXis and flexible working hours is key. Superior oral and written communication skills are a plus. Previous IDeaS and SynXis system implementation and hotel RM experience is required.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• IDeaS G3, Optix and RevPlan user, implementation and facilitation experience
• SynXis user, implementation and facilitation experience
• Requires understanding of revenue management systems and implementation of processes
• Training facilitation, communication, documentation skills
• Creating and delivering training material
• Coordination of implementation check lists
• Coordinating registration, follow-up communications, tracking and managing learning completion
• Able and willing to work in various time zones with specific emphasis to Asia and SWA
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
• Can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, complex system/corporate environment
• Adapt and change with evolving learning needs
• Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day. Walking and standing are required for the remainder of the workday.
• Travel may be required but no more than 10% of the time based on needs.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
• Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, and other office equipment as needed
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials
• Ability to develop and deliver implementation processes and checklists
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
• Ability to manage group and interpersonal conflict situations effectively
• Ability to travel by air and car
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinator level position in hotel industry revenue management using revenue management systems and reservation systems
• Minimum of 2 years involved in a dynamic team environment
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office suite of applications and related data management systems
• Demonstrates a commitment to Hyatt core values
