Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in agentic AI (Claude), legacy system modernization, and Java-based microservices development. This role focuses on leveraging AI to accelerate software development lifecycle (SDLC), reverse engineer legacy systems, and drive modernization initiatives.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) for code generation, refactoring, and agent-based execution.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices architecture.
- Experience with reverse engineering legacy systems and generating PRDs or functional documentation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of SDLC acceleration using AI tools.
- Familiarity with policy administration systems and modernization practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on legacy modernization or mainframe transformation programs.
- Background in insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).
- Experience building AI agents for:
- Code generation from requirements
- Test case creation and automation
- SDLC workflow optimization
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Work Model
