Schedule: 24/7/365 environment with rotating 8–12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Datacenter Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network hardware in a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with physical infrastructure, structured cabling, and data center operations.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in data center operations or related technical support roles.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with structured cabling (copper/fiber) and cable testing tools.
- Strong understanding of data center networking concepts and hardware.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow documented procedures.
