Pay: $24–$37/hr, DOE
Shift: 12-hour shifts (6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM), 4-on/3-off rotation
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Duties:
- Preventive maintenance, lubrication, and basic component swaps (Level I)
- Independent troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems (Level II)
- Advanced diagnostics on PLCs, robotics, and vision systems, plus leading reliability projects (Level III)
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree a plus
- Experience in equipment maintenance, mechatronics, or industrial automation
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and mechanical aptitude
- Comfort with LOTO, confined space, and PPE safety standards
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
