- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract to completion.
- Drive & Ambition: Self-motivated with a strong desire to hit goals and maximize your uncapped earning potential.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You can build rapport quickly with anyone.
- Industry Experience (A Plus): Prior background in construction, roofing, home improvement, or building materials is highly valued, but we will train the right motivated individual.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using or learning CRM systems (HubSpot) and estimation software.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred); a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory to operate the company vehicle.
