This is a commission-only role designed for the "A-Player" who wants the autonomy of a business owner with the backing of a regional powerhouse.

Your Mission (The Day-to-Day):
Site Inspections: Drive your Kowboy vehicle to scheduled appointments to measure, design, and assess residential fencing needs.
Professional Estimating: Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate quotes and proposals on-site using our tech-forward systems.
Project Consulting: Educate homeowners on products, materials, and local codes to help them choose the best solution for their property.
Account Management: Track all sales activities in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless hand-off to the production team.
Market Presence: Act as the face of the company in Knoxville, building a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.
