Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will support the company’s billing and financial operations by preparing invoices, tracking customer payments, and maintaining accurate account records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and professional communication when working with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor customer payments and track outstanding account balances.
Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment status, and account information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure invoices reflect project updates, scope changes, and completed work.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and billing records.
Provide general administrative support related to accounts receivable and billing processes.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
