Real Estate Attorney (2 Years Experience)

Kowalski Legal PLLC is a growing, high-volume real estate law firm serving clients throughout western New York. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in our Geneva, New York office (on-site position).
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and a clear path for professional and financial growth within a dynamic and entrepreneurial practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Review title reports and resolve title issues
- Draft and review contracts, loan documents, and closing documents
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies
- Conduct in-person closings and oversee post-closing matters
- Manage a high volume of transactions efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law (residential and commercial)
- Licensed to practice in New York
- Experience handling files independently from contract through closing
- Strong understanding of title, closings, and transactional workflow
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and client-focused mindset
Compensation & Growth
- Salary: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
