Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage financial records. This role requires a professional with strong administrative skills, experience in bookkeeping, and the ability to coordinate various office functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills to ensure smooth office workflows and accurate financial management.

Flexible schedule: Approximately hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Handle vendor management, including procurement and relationship maintenance
  • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and expense analysis
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
  • The role includes handling customer payments and supporting account management in coordination with office operations
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners through phone etiquette and professional interaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles within a professional setting
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software tools. We also use Moreaware for estimates and will train if needed
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Effective communication skills - both verbal and written - along with professional phone etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
