Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others relevant to the beauty and hair industry. Day-to-day work includes producing short-form videos and images, writing captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and direct messages to support community engagement. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting new content ideas to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and customer engagement. Graphic design experience would be a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and caption writing for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Experience with social media planning and publishing tools, as well as basic analytics to measure engagement, reach, and growth.
- Ability to generate creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with beauty and hair-focused audiences.
