What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at KOURY CORPORATION?
We are now accepting applications for full time Maintenance. This position will:
· Have a room checklist and make repairs as needed
· Change bulbs, air filters, switch plates, and toilet handles
· Unclog drains when needed
· Assess room to see what repairs need to be made
· Perform preventative maintenance based on a schedule
