Job Description
- Monitor and respond to problems with computer systems. This includes
covering phone and radio calls from production and maintenance.
- Promptly respond to and resolve issues and requests as they arise.
- Work with other Analysts and other MES team members to resolve issues.
- Escalate issues as per MES escalation standards
- Reconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as they fail.
- Attend some holidays and the summer shutdown period to perform
preventative maintenance of computers and MES equipment throughout the
plant.
- Assist customers with installations and modifications regarding MES systems.
This includes: computer installation, scanner installation and computer repair.
- Eng/Kor Proficiency Required.
- 2 years of experience
- Strong computer troubleshooting, hardware, and software support
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Web
Browsers, and taking phone calls
- Experience with building computers, imaging computers or installing
Windows
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- CompTIA A preferred
