Floor Chiropractic Assistant — Life Family Chiropractic of Avon Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays off!)
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM & 2:30–6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:30–6:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

About the Role

As a Floor Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinical floor — working hand-in-hand with our doctors to keep patient care moving smoothly, efficiently, and warmly. What You'll Do
- Greet and room patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Assist the doctor with patient care including initial consultations, re-examinations, and progress exams
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready
- Monitor and manage patient flow throughout the day to keep the schedule on track
- Assist with any clinical support tasks as directed by the doctor
- Manage patient charts accurately through our electronic health system
- Educate patients on care plans, wellness programs, payment options, and office policies
- Support a positive, welcoming office environment for patients and staff alike
- Represent the practice at community events and health fairs to promote chiropractic wellness
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a chiropractic or healthcare office is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly empathetic, a great listener, and a natural problem-solver
- Diligent with record-keeping and strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for holistic health and wellness
