Shipping & Receiving Associate

Koss Industrial is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement throughout our manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on position requiring forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep materials and customer orders moving accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, condition, and documentation
- Pick, count, label, package, crate, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load outgoing shipments safely and according to customer requirements
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Enter shipment and material transactions into the ERP system
- Identify, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
- Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and warehouse area
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
- Work closely with production and other departments to keep materials moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- ERP or inventory software experience preferred
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to accurately count and verify materials and inventory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, push, pull, and reach throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor warehouse/manufacturing conditions
