Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator – Williamsville & Attica

We’re currently looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator who is upbeat, motivated, and ready to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities (Patient Care Coordinator):
- Greet patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect payments and manage financial arrangements
- Assist with patient communication and follow-up calls
- Help maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate schedules between providers and patients
- Support both front office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Dental or medical office experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is a plus
- Strong computer and phone skills
- High school diploma required
- Experience with Open Dental is a bonus
