Under direction of the Manager/Coordinator, assists with the coordination of patient care within a service area. Education And CredentialsGraduate of accredited School of Registered Nursing required. Registered Nurse required upon hire. New York State Driver's license required upon hire. ExperienceOne year of experience in medical/surgical experience as a RN and clinical expertise in Home Care required.
