E-Commerce Manager
As the E-Commerce Manager at KOS Coffee, you will be at the forefront of our digital sales strategy, driving growth and enhancing the online shopping experience via our website. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms to optimize our online presence and increase conversion rates. Your creativity and analytical skills will help us craft compelling content that resonates with our audience while utilizing cutting-edge tools to analyze performance and drive results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Website. Responsible for general upkeep of website, deleting old products, adding new products, updating pricing, and converting visitors to customers.
- Work with photographers to get pictures for social media, website, and marketing purposes.
- Design and send weekly HTML emails to customer base.
- Design and send weekly text message campaigns to customer base.
- Oversee and manage social media (Instagram, and Facebook).
- Oversee email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication with customers through targeted campaigns.
- Manage Google Reviews / Google for business profile
- Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve search engine rankings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Mailchimp & Shopify emails.
- Experience with Text message marketing
- Instagram/Facebook social media experience (for business)
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google for Business.
- Minor photography / videography experience
