Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient psychiatry team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care in a structured outpatient environment with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and no call responsibilities.
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $125,000 annually (Based on Experience) Bonus Structure

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
Requirements
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska.
- Nebraska DEA required or ability to obtain.
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered behavioral health care.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-based clinical environment.
