Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Dickson, TN. Location: Dickson, Tennessee
Schedule: Full-Time | Inpatient | Monday–Friday Rotating Weekend Call
Compensation: $125,000 annually (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for inpatient populations.
- Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
- Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
- Tennessee DEA required or ability to obtain.
- Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
