Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in all aspects of sushi preparation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi techniques, and ingredient handling best practices
- Strong technical proficiency with kitchen equipment used in sushi preparation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
