Korn Ferry is partnering with a growth-focused private equity firm seeking a VP, Value Creation – Office of the CFO to drive impact across its portfolio of technology-enabled
businesses.
This is a hands-on role working directly with CFOs and investment teams to strengthen
finance functions and support scaling businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Lead finance-focused value creation initiatives across portfolio companies
- Build and enhance FP&A, reporting, and KPI frameworks
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow visibility
- Identify and execute margin improvement opportunities
- Support M&A, including diligence and integration
- Implement systems and processes to scale finance capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in consulting, transaction services, or finance transformation
- Background working with private equity-backed or high-growth businesses
- 7 years of FP&A experience required
- FP&A experience in SaaS is required
- Strong grasp of financial operations and performance improvement
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Effective communicator with senior stakeholders
