Resorts World New York City is proud to present the realization of a world-class integrated resort, the culmination of a 15-year partnership with New York State NYS and the local community through the successful development and operation of a Video Lottery Facility at Aqueduct Raceway. This $5.5 billion, 5.6 million-square-foot IR will allow for 6,000 slot machines, 800 gaming tables, 2,000 hotel rooms, a 7,000-seat arena, over 7,000 parking spaces, over 30 dining outlets, and over a dozen acres of community greenspace. It is poised to become not only the premier integrated resort in the United States but also one of the best in the world. Table game and full-casino slot machine operations could launch within six months of receiving a Gaming Facility License. RWNYC stands out as the lone bid with the sheer size and readiness to drive new incremental revenue almost immediately, for the highest and best value to New York State.

Creation of a world-class integrated resort at Aqueduct — one of the oldest, consistent gaming facilities in New York — will be a major win for all New Yorkers. Because Resorts World New York City can become a commercial casino as soon as Summer 2026, they will be able to create more jobs, revenue, and opportunity faster than a New York Minute. In fact, Resorts World New York City expects to generate $5 billion in revenue for the state within four years of receiving a commercial casino license, which means more money for education and mass transit. In the process, Resorts World New York City will create 100,000 construction, permanent, and indirect jobs across the region.

Purpose of the Position

Overall responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation throughout the property. Responsible for the selection, scheduling, directing, training and development of all F&B staff. Develops and implements systems and methods of controls and service, department budget and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures Food and Beverage Management’s performance as a team. Ensures compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Selects, schedules, supervises, directs, trains and develops staff.
• Ensures compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
• Ensures proper level and quality of customer service.
• Plans and directs overall food and beverage outlet and service operations including kitchen preparations and sanitation, restaurants, catering, beverage service operations, and other support services.
• Menu development and cost analysis.
• Ensures Food and Beverage Management’s performance as a team.
• Ensures proper safety training of all F&B staff.
• Formulates, implements and educates on company policies and procedures.
• Attends community affair events. Completes competitive market analysis.
• Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.

The Candidate

Experience and Professional Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field AND three (3) years’ experience in a Director level position
• OR Seven (7) years’ experience in a Director level position
• OR Five (5) years’ experience in a Management position within Resorts World
• Ten (10) years’ related work experience
